Good God. It's been a year's worth of hiatus-y goodness.
Or almost a year.
Anyway, so. Who am I, you ask? Indeed, it's been too long, too long to remember the harrowing days of yore and the hero that never stood. .......If you think I'm gonna continue with an epic equal to that of Homer, you must be desperate for something good. We don't get much of that from Hollywood nowadays. lol j/k I'm sure it's got some good things going. It's not like it's only in it for the money and the media. ...
Well, I've been up to lots of things. Over the course of a year, I've become a Residence Advisor for a residence hall at my university, got an internship at a local medical clinic, took various classes that completely changed my view of education, etc. I think about 4 of the 13 classes I've had these two school years that were philosophy-based. I never thought I would ever really study philosophy/philosophical works. So I've suddenly found myself somewhat familiar with Descartes, Plato, John Locke, Kant, C.G. Jung, Sextus, Karl Marx, etc. I read Moby Dick for the first time in my life and...I still need to finish it even though we were supposed to have finished it in the three weeks we were assigned to it. BLAH. Anywho, time to study Japanese. Laters~

Umm....wow...I haven't posted anything at all for a while huh?
I blame college life.
Anyway.....yeah. Been busy with a buncha stuff, academics, clubs, committees, procrastination. The usual. My university is holding something called
The International Festival as a community event and I've been co-chairing for one of the committees in it, so I've been busier than I thought I would ever be. o_O
If you live in Orange County, California, be sure to stop by!
You'd prolly have heard of it. And if you happen to own a Mercedes, BMW, Hummer, Ferrari, Audi, Porsche,
Jaguar, Lexus, or Cadillac in Orange County, I hate you. Drive slower. And stop beeping so much. It's annoying. The car is not a giant squeak toy you can honk at
everyone if you're bored. : D I'm not talking to anyone specifically so take no offense. Unless you are one of those people who do any of the above. O-o And another
thing I realized, Orange County is not made up of oranges. It is made up of orange people. : D ((Tan))
Buncha other stuffs happened and is happening, but don't really feel like going over all of them.
As for pics, I've been going on and off with drawing but haven't
had any real time to finish and post anything. I won't make more false promises to post art but hopefully, by the time I DO get around to putting anything up, my grasp
on anatomy and stuffs will be better.
As for commenting on people's pics.....<O I try, I really do. But the laziness just won't let me out of its grasp. ;-; Mah well.

Random Thought

Hospitals hook up pregnant women to IVs and not allow them to walk around nut just because they care about them, they also do that so women can remain attached to a man-made machine, further integrating the thought that women are imperfect, defective beings that must depend on outside, superior support to survive childbirth.
Women are fully capable of stopping, dropping, and going. Machinery/doctors are just a luxury.
Arguing, saying that it's true that women do need machines and doctors to carry out childbirth just further proves that fact.
Think third-world countries.
^This is what I have gleaned from my Anthropology's class discussion.
It's great listening to my professor talk about her birthing experiences....bowel movements....O-o
