Hey, this is really nice. I personally find it really difficult to draw males. Usually the first few tries get scrapped because I never like the proportions I've drawn...which is weird considering anime/manga style is full of liberty-taking in regards to proportions.

When you ask about shading the hat, do you mean to make it darker? Or do you mean adding in more shading to add more form? If it's more of a newsboy style cap rather than a baseball cap, then I suggest just a few darker spots to represent some wrinkles or folds.

Yeah, at first, I was planning on making the rest of the hat solid black. But as of now, I'm still undecided about that. Hmm, now that you mention it, it's more of a newsboy hat. Thanks for the advice! ^_^
